Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, feedback form or contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address and message you provide, along with the page the form was submitted from.

Information collected automatically. Our website and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.

Service records. If you become a customer, we retain records of work performed, invoices, and communications relating to your job.

• To contact you about your request by phone, text message or email.
• To improve our website, marketing and service quality.
• To comply with legal, tax, licensing and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. Where enabled, we use third-party analytics providers, which may include Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics, that place cookies or collect usage data on our behalf. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

Analytics scripts load only when they are configured for this site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some site functions may not work as intended if you do. Where required by law, we will present a consent mechanism before non-essential cookies are set.

When you check the consent box on one of our forms, text our business number, or choose the text-message option on our phone menu, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Paragon Exteriors regarding your service request. We only text people who have contacted us first. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (402) 526-1263. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you by phone or email about an active job.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, including website hosting, form and lead processing, scheduling and invoicing software, payment processors, and communication providers, and only as needed for them to perform their function. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. None of this sharing includes your text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared with third parties (see section 4).

We retain lead and customer records as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law. Send requests to office@paragonext.com.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
